POSITION SUMMARY: (WHAT, HOW, WHY)
Acts as a liaison between clients and service providers. Will ensure smooth transition between services. Evaluate clients’ needs and develop individualized plans for services. Assist with Intake paperwork, retention services, and billing needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years successful work using Microsoft Office Software (specifically Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Prefer applicant with MOU or specific computer related education/certification.

KNOWLEDGE:
Strong business office and clerical skills including extensive computer operations knowledge in all office software- this include using and developing excel and access based records and reports as well as Word and PowerPoint. Requires independent problem solving and decision-making skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal relationship skills Must pass applicable background checks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: (INCLUDED PERCENT OF TIME ON TASKS)

Makes initial phone call to participant waiting to receive services, completes intake paperwork
Communicates with Vocational counselors to request all authorizations for SE Dept.
Oversees the Community Work Experience Service
Monitor units used for job coaching as well as shift differential authorizations
Processes billings for the month and finalizes monthly reports
Conduct retention visits throughout the month

PERIODICAL DUTIES:

Assist with receiving bus passes as well as any shopping needs for clients.

OCCASIONAL DUTIES:

Assist with any job development and/or coaching as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS: (SITTING, STANDING, WALKING, OVERTIME, ETC.)

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time to complete reporting and computer work.

Must be able to move throughout the building.
