Position Overview
Ohio Valley Goodwill is seeking a Creative Content and Digital Media Manager to lead the development of compelling multimedia content across print, digital, and video platforms. This role will be responsible for crafting visually engaging and strategically aligned content that enhances both internal and external communication. From marketing campaigns to employee newsletters, from printed materials to digital experiences, this position ensures Goodwill's mission to eliminate barriers, empower people, and elevate human potential is reflected through powerful storytelling and design.

The ideal candidate will be a strong visual storyteller, skilled in graphic design, video production, and digital content creation, with the ability to translate content seamlessly across multiple platforms—ensuring consistency in print, web, and social media formats.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Content & Visual Design

  • Develop visually compelling content for multiple platforms—including print materials, social media, digital campaigns, and in-store marketing assets.
  • Design and produce print collateral, including brochures, flyers, event materials, and signage.
  • Ensure seamless adaptation of print materials to digital formats (and vice versa) for web, social, and email communications.
  • Create branded templates and design assets to ensure consistency in internal and external communications.
Video & Digital Storytelling
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content that highlights campaigns, client stories, organizational updates, and training materials.
  • Transform static content into dynamic, interactive experiences, such as animations, interactive PDFs, and immersive digital stories.
  • Develop and maintain a visual asset library, including photos, videos, and graphics for ongoing use.
Campaign & Brand Experience
  • Oversee the execution of multimedia campaigns, ensuring alignment across platforms (print, digital, video).
  • Collaborate with marketing, HR, and other departments to produce content that supports employee engagement and training initiatives.
  • Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with Ohio Valley Goodwill’s brand guidelines and mission-driven storytelling.
Performance & Optimization
  • Use analytics and performance insights to optimize content effectiveness across digital platforms.
  • Identify trends and innovative storytelling formats to keep Goodwill’s content fresh, engaging, and impactful.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, digital storytelling, and graphic design.
  • Expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for print and digital applications.
  • Proficiency in video production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of print production processes and ability to adapt content for digital formats.
  • Experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, and content strategy.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices for digital content is a plus.
