Position Summary:

The Manager of Case Management Systems Integration is responsible for leading the rollout, implementation, and continuous improvement of case management systems, specifically focusing on integrating platforms like Brittco and CaseWorthy to enhance data quality, streamline processes, and support program objectives. This role will manage all aspects of system integration, user adoption, and cross-functional coordination to optimize case management practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Rollout and Project Management
  • Develop and execute project plans for the rollout and integration of case management systems, ensuring timely delivery and meeting organizational objectives.
  •  Coordinate cross-functional teams, setting timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring resources are allocated effectively for successful implementation.
  •  Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation strategies to address any issues during the rollout.
2. Integration and System Configuration
  • Oversee system configuration, ensuring that Brittco, CaseWorthy, and other platforms are set up to meet program-specific needs and comply with organizational data policies.
  •  Collaborate with IT, program leads, and software vendors to ensure seamless integration between systems and alignment with operational workflows.
  • Develop and maintain integration protocols and standards for data consistency and quality across systems.
 3. User Training and Support
  • Design and conduct comprehensive training sessions for staff, equipping users with the knowledge and skills to navigate and utilize the case management systems effectively.
  •  Act as the primary point of contact for user support and troubleshooting during and after the rollout phase.
  •  Facilitate feedback loops from system users to continuously improve user experience and system functionality.
4. Data Governance and Compliance
  • Ensure all case management systems adhere to data governance policies, compliance standards, and privacy regulations.
  •  Develop and enforce guidelines on data entry, storage, and retrieval practices, prioritizing data integrity and reliability.
  • Lead data audits and quality control initiatives to maintain accurate, compliant, and valuable case management data.
5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation
  • Stay informed on case management technology trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to optimize system capabilities and efficiency.
  •  Lead ongoing improvements to integration processes, identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance case management practices.
  •  Measure and report on system performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact.
6. Stakeholder Communication and Change Management
  •  Engage and communicate with key stakeholders throughout the rollout process, ensuring buy-in and alignment with organizational goals.
  •  Develop and implement a change management strategy to promote user adoption, address resistance, and foster a culture of data-informed practice.
 Qualifications:
  •  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are preferred.
  • Experience:  At least 5 years of experience in systems integration, project management, or related fields, preferably with a focus on case management systems.
  • -Skills: Strong project management skills, with a solid understanding of case management software solutions and system integration principles. Excellent communication and training facilitation skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in case management platforms (Brittco, CaseWorthy preferred), data management, and project management tools.
  • Leadership:  Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive user adoption, and manage change effectively. This position will supervise 1 or 2 Data Integrity Specialists.
 Working Conditions:
  • Occasional travel to program sites to support training, testing, and ongoing implementation efforts.
