POSITION SUMMARY: (WHAT, HOW, WHY)
Acts as a liaison between clients and service providers. Will ensure smooth transition between services. Evaluate clients’ needs and develop individualized plans for services. Assist with Intake paperwork, retention services, and billing needs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years successful work using Microsoft Office Software (specifically Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Prefer applicant with MOU or specific computer related education/certification.
KNOWLEDGE:
Strong business office and clerical skills including extensive computer operations knowledge in all office software- this include using and developing excel and access based records and reports as well as Word and PowerPoint. Requires independent problem solving and decision-making skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal relationship skills Must pass applicable background checks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: (INCLUDED PERCENT OF TIME ON TASKS)
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time to complete reporting and computer work.
Must be able to move throughout the building.
